The crankshaft is the main rotating part of the engine. After the connecting rod is installed, it can take up and down (reciprocating) motion of the connecting rod into cyclic (rotating) motion. It is an important part of the engine. Its material is made of carbon structural steel or ductile iron. It has two important parts: the main journal, the connecting rod journal, and (among others). The main journal is mounted on the cylinder block, the connecting rod neck is connected with the large head hole of the connecting rod, and the small connecting rod head is connected with the cylinder piston, which is a typical crank slider mechanism. The crankshafts for trucks lubrication mainly refers to the lubrication of the connecting rod big bearing bush and the crankshaft connecting rod neck and the lubrication of the two fixed points. Among them, the cumulative production and sales of diesel engines totaled 3.935 million and 39.927 million units, an increase of 25.03% and 30.36% over the previous year, and the cumulative completion of gasoline engines reached 12.956 million and 13.0252 million units, an increase of 28.19% and 29.55% over the previous year. It is estimated that China's engine market sales will reach approximately 19.34 million units in 2011, a year-on-year increase of approximately 13.63%. As the core component of the engine, sales of crankshafts are closely related to engine production and sales. Changes in engine production and sales reflect changes in demand for the crankshaft market.
